Amberpet is well-connected by metro and buses, making commuting easy. The rent is affordable too as compared to other areas. There are many cafes and gyms nearby. However, traffic can be heavy during peak hours.

I feel safe living in Amberpet. Daily essentials are easily available and there are cafes around too. The bus stops are within walking distance. However, noise levels can be high at night.

It is a peaceful locality with good connectivity. Schools, hospitals are nearby, and there are tons of local markets too. I own a 2 BHK here and have rented it out to a family. The demand is huge so it.s easy to get tenants here.

The area has healthy rental yields and price appreciation. I bought a 2 BHK flat here in 2022 and the value has risen by 23% over the years. infrastructure and connectivity make it an attractive investment.

We visited the Hussain Sagar Lake in Amberpet and totally loved the atmosphere. The area looked vibrant and has plenty of food outlets and local markets.
