Amanora is super modern and full of young working folks. The vibe is very active. You can see morning joggers and families walking in the evenings, and lots of events happening. Bit crowded during weekends.

I picked Amanora for its predictable rental returns. The township is well-known, and renters feel secure living here. Tenants prefer it due to its facilities and gated environment. The demand stays high thanks to nearby workplaces like Magarpatta and SP Infocity.

Everything’s planned - wide roads, proper parking, and excellent security. My office is in Magarpatta, and it’s just a quick drive. You’ve got cafes, salons, and even a mall inside the township.

Visited Amanora for a client meeting. The area is strikingly well-planned. Unlike most parts of Pune, the roads are wide and well-lit. The traffic was heavy, but inside the township, movement was smooth. Definitely a premium setup.

We moved into Amanora when our kids were small, and it’s been a fantastic place to raise a family. The clubhouse activities, walking tracks, and school bus access—all sorted. Maintenance is smooth, and the community feels very organised.

We have a 3BHK in Amanora that we rent out. There’s no shortage of tenants, mostly working couples or small families. The society’s strict on rules, which I like. Cleanliness, security, and amenities are all well maintained.
