We’ve been living here for nearly four years and it is slowly seeing more houses come. Water supply is okay, though occasional tanker dependence happens in the summer.

I moved here with my family mainly because the area is peaceful and feels safe. However, the roads inside the layout could use better maintenance, and rainwater stagnation is still an issue during heavy showers.

There’s a decent park nearby for morning walks. Grocery stores and small clinics are within walking distance. The downside is the lack of frequent public transport options, especially during late hours.

We bought a house here mainly becuase its far away from the noise. There are some minor civic issues, but overall, it’s a good place to stay.

I bought some land here as the prices were affordable, and the surroundings looked livable. If civic amenities improve, especially water supply and street lighting, returns could be better.

Sector 29 is actually a pleasant area in Vashi. not many buildings or apartment housing here but that actually makes it less congested and spacious.

Rent is reasonable and area in general is convenient. you may only feel a lack of metro which makes it hard to commute on daily basis. otherwise its fine
