Once login, tap on the “Online EC” button under the “Services” tab on the page and follow the screen prompts to obtain the EC.
Pre-registration data entry
On the login page, tap on the “Document Registration” under “Pre-registration Data Entry”
Choose/enter as per the screen prompt to reach successive pages to complete property details, payment details, approvals, and book an appointment to get the pre-registration process done.
On the day at the registration office
Now, on the scheduled date, the seller, buyer, and witnesses have to visit the registrar's office.
Provide your ID in original before the registrar along with the DD for the said amount to be paid to the seller from the buyer and then sign the registry as well as submit the document.
