When I was checking the Godrej Splendour project, I was amazed. I plan to buy a house 5 years down the line and I want my home to be brand new. So, this project definitely grabbed some attention since the construction of the project has just started. I saw that they are providing 1,2,3 BHK flats and looking at the sizes mentioned in the brochure I am glad to see that the flats are pretty spacious. Whitefield is a happening place and there are so many restaurants and eateries nearby. Since I am a foodie, I would definitely like to buy a house here and go to some nice eateries or order food during the weekend. Check out the fully furnished Godrej properties listed on NoBroker!

I have visited the Godrej Splendor project and this project is in under-construction status. I cannot say much about this project at the moment since the project has just begun. The project is yet to get RERA approval, I have checked both the RERA website and the Godrej Splendor portal and I saw that the project is still yet to receive the RERA approval. I was glad to see that the website has maintained its authenticity and did not mislead the buyers. But Godrej is an esteemed builder so I am sure they will get RERA approval for this project any time soon.

So I was checking out the Godrej Splendor website the other day. And my family and I were looking for a place exactly like the Godrej Splendor. The project offers a pool, park, gyms, yoga centre, kid's activity, and whatnot. This is the perfect place for a family to reside in. Besides the place is located near school, colleges and IT Hubs. So, life will become easier and more flexible staying here. The dates of this project will be released soon. I feel this is a project worth purchasing in Bangalore. I hope you like my Godrej Splendor review.

Hey there, I heard about Godrej Splendour from a friend who was interested in investing in the property. He was looking for a property with all modern amenities and a good connectivity to the city. I visited the Godrej Splendour property site with him quite a lot of times. He was most intrigued by the latest amenities of the property, especially the Video Door Phone. But what I found after reading Godrej Splendour review and paying so many visits to the property was that the area of the flats was very less for the price at which they were being offered. A 1 BHK in Godrej Splendour cost around Rs. 42 lacs and only offered around 600 sq. ft. of area which is quite small for even bachelors. I wasn’t very pleased with the pricing structure of the property. So, I suggested my friend against investing in Godrej Splendour. Hey, My family has been my strength and my weakness all my life. I have two little kids, a beautiful caring wife and my loving but ageing parents. When I shifted to Bangalore for work, I realised how important it was to have my family around. So, I started looking for a good property to buy and bring my family here. My kids have just started school so I wanted a property which was close to good schools. My other priority was good hospitals and health care centres nearby for my ageing parents. That is when one of my colleagues suggested to me about Godrej Splendour. When I checked out the Godrej Splendour review, I found out that both my priorities were ticking off with flying colours. Godrej Splendour is located in Whitefield's Belathur Main Road, close to schools like Narayana e-Techno School and New Horizon Gurukul, health centres like Apollo Clinic and Sakra World Hospital, and key locations like ITPL, Hoodi, KR Puram, Old Madras Road, and others, all of which are less than 15 minutes away. Hi there, I had always loved skating and I always wanted my son to be able to share my passion for skating. I could see how happy and excited he used to be watching me skate. But after I moved to Bangalore I stopped skating. So, my sister suggested to me about Godrej Splendour which has its own skating rink. We were looking to buy a new property so I thought Godrej Splendour would be a good choice keeping all the amenities including the skating rink and the connectivity it provides with the city. I would be able to skate again and also teach my son to skate when he comes of age with a skating rink at the home community. I read a few Godrej Splendour Whitefield review too just to be sure about the property. Although there were a few negative reviews regarding he price, I found the price to be very good since the possession of the flats are due on December of 2027 and with the ever increasing price of  real estate market, getting a good cosy flat at a price of Rs. 42 to 90 lacs is a blessing in disguise. But I would still suggest you to read more reviews and visit the Godrej Splendour property site before you make a decision.

Hi, For what they are providing, I can say in my Godrej Splendour Whitefield review that the project is too pricey. The units are tiny. The super built-up area of a 3 bedroom house is 1234 square feet, however, it costs 1 crore to register it and possession won't be for 3 to 5 years. If someone wants to invest, I would suggest they should choose a one bedroom because a two or three bedroom won't yield any returns. The cost per square foot is so high that the marketing team won't disclose it. Due to the reduced size of the flats, they are attempting to demonstrate a comparably lower cost. Additionally, I also read some other Godrej Splendour Bangalore reviews which said that the location is odorous due to the presence of wetlands, and from what I can anticipate there will be a lot of mosquitoes. Please confirm buffer zones around lakes and Rajakaluve with a lawyer. This is my Godrej Splendour Whitefield review. I hope it helps you make an informed decision.

After 3.5 years, I bought their apartment in January 2019, but I haven't yet received it. Also, I think I am a good proponent of giving Godrej Splendour Whitefield review. They have a really sluggish registration process, and they won't let you in if you don't register. I have come across certain Godrej Splendour Bangalore reviews which say that Whitefield lake was entirely filled to construct this property. I'm not sure how they received approval for these. You may undoubtedly anticipate some court stays in the future when lake renovations take place. You wouldn't know the pathway was over the lake because of how nicely the tar road and two side walls covered it. Be prudent with your money. Also, the RERA deadline is in 2026–2027 or roughly 4–5 years from now. So, I would suggest you read every Godrej Splendour Whitefield review and think wisely before investing here. So, I am looking for a flat in Whitefield. And my friend suggested that I check out the flats in Godrej Splendour Whitefield. The project is under construction at the moment but it is providing top-class amenities to its residents. The project is located on Belathur Main Road in Bangalore. Since the project is under construction I can't say much about the project at the moment. But I went to this place and looked at the 3 BHK apartments. I felt that the apartment was too small and clustered. But they beautifully decorated the interior!

The possession date of the Godrej Splendour is 2025. The possession date of Godrej United was Feb 2021.
The distance between Kempegowda International Airport and Godrej Splendour is 36 km. The distance between Kempegowda International Airport and Godrej United is 41 km
The pricing of the Godrej Splendour apartments starts at Rs. 63 lacs. The pricing of the penthouse at Godrej United starts at Rs. 1.49 crore.
  Based on pricing, amenities, and location I feel Godrej Splendour is a better option than Godrej United. I hope you like this Godrej Splendor review.

I will share my experience and share my Godrej Splendour Whitefield review. I am very disheartened by the behaviour of the relationship manager whom I contacted regarding the project. They were unresponsive and the eye-opener is that it was built by filling the Whitefield lake. I do not know how the builders got the approval but looking at the current condition of Bangalore I would suggest you stay away from this project. BBMP has provided strict guidelines to demolish buildings built on rainwater encroachments! Godrej Splendour can be the next one! So, I believe it's better not to get involved in this project. If you used to see 3BHK flats around 1234 sq ft, this might be difficult to understand. I have also read some Godrej Splendor Whitefield reviews of having smaller apartments.But the Godrej flats feature a contemporary design and architecture. You can choose it if your finances are tight and you urgently require a 3BHK from a reputable developer. You can also choose it if you want all facilities at a reduced cost as well. But I think you must read more Godrej properties Whitefield reviews before making a decision. Take a look at floor plans and brochure of flats in Godrej Splendor Whitefield on NoBroker.

Let me share what I think through the Godrej Splendor Whitefield review. I paid a visit to this site back in September as I was thinking of investing here. The locality was entirely submerged in water during the August and September 2022 rains. I think this issue will undoubtedly resurface in the future. I have a strong feeling that significant water flooding will occur if the project is not developed with attention.

I have done research about this project last month and just wanted to highlight some things about the Godrej Splendor Whitefield reviews. If you wish to avoid noise and chemical pollution, this might be a wiser choice. It offers 80% green open area, indoor air filtration, and hydroponic gardening. There are numerous railway stations, shopping centres, colleges, and restaurants nearby this Godrej Whitefield project. Let me list down some of them below:
  • Hoodi Railway Station: 3.5 km
  • Srinivasa Theatre: 2.5 km
  • McDonald’s: 1.3 km
  • Inorbit Mall: 2 km

I'm keen on buying an apartment in Godrej Splendour. The project checks most things that I'm looking for in a project -
  • sprawling campus with amenities for kids and elderly,
  • great location: white metro station 5 mins, phoenix and inorbit malls - 20 mins, international school -15 min
  • pricing : 3bhk is priced around 90 lakhs.
  • builder reputation : Godrej properties has a legacy of 100+ years and are leading in real estate business.
But my big concern is Godrej splendour built on lake? Will that lead to flooding? weak building foundation?

I believe there are no legal issues on Godrej Splendour. Yes there is a lake close to the project, but the construction is not in the buffer zone of the lake. So it's at a distance where there are no legal violations. Project is RERA approved. Regarding foundational strength of the buildings, there shouldn't be any issues. Major high-rise projects like Prestige Shantiniketan in Whitefield, Elita Promenade in JP Nagar are built near the lake as well.

  • Godrej Splendour offers 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk apartments
  • Possession date of Godrej Splendour is March 2027.
Godrej Splendour Phase 2 (Godrej Elevate) Godrej Splendour phase 2 Whitefield Belathur road Bengaluru reviews
  • Godrej Elevate has 2bhk and 3bhk flats
  • Godrej Elevate Whitefield reviews are great with bigger sized flats than phase 1.
  • Godrej Elevate Whitefield possession date is January 2028.
  • There are a total of 850 flats in Godrej Elevate.

I have registered myself to get more info about the Godrej Splendour by calling this number 917669916770. I visited here after going through multiple Godrej Splendour reviews. This project spreads across 17.76 acres. They are offering 1, 2, and 3 BHK premium residences. The Godrej Splendour price starts from Rs. 73 Lakhs onwards. However, the sales team informed me that the 1 BHK apartments are sold out. The expected Godrej Splendour possession date is March 2027. The Godrej Splendour Whitefield location is in Belathur Main Rd, Belathur, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067.  Some of the locational advantages are as follows;
  • Whitefield-Hosekote Road is only 5 minutes from this project
  • The upcoming Whitefield metro is within 6 minutes
  • The nearby tech park is GR tech park is within 15 minutes

Hi, I got so many positive Godrej Splendour Phase 2 reviews, that I visited this project a few months back. This is a pre-launch project and has received RERA approvals. As per RERA, the project will be completed by January 2028. Phase 2 consists of a total number of 9 towers and 900 units. Also, the units are spacious for instance, 2 BHK is 1139 sq. ft. and 3 BHK is 1426 sq. ft - 1529 sq. ft.  Check out flats for sale in Whitefield, Bangalore via NoBroker
