A friend of mine told me about the Today Saubhagyam Zindagi Ke Kareeb project. I checked some reviews of the project and asked him to tag along as I was planning to check the project. After visiting the site, I enquired whether they had RERA approval or not. The executive there told me that they have RERA approval, and the ID is P52000053782. Following this, I asked about the Today Saubhagyam Zindagi Ke Kareeb possession date, which he told me was December 2028. This was way too long for me, and because of that, I had to back off.
