December 2028 is the Majestique Evolvus possession date when I went to this project last month. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure about it. I thought the Majestique Evolvus 2 BHK price was extremely high. Additionally, I believe that their asking price is at least 10% more than that of comparable high-end projects in this locality. Additionally, you can see leakages all over the place. Their sales force was equally pitiful. Once you reserve an apartment here, they don't get back to you.I would rather suggest you visit the VTP Altair or Nyati Elysia in Kharadi, Pune. They are providing spacious flats at better price. A few of my friends advised that Nyati Elysia is a worthwhile investment, thus I intend to invest in this property. I will also advise you to make an informed investment before you make your call.

This project offers premium 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. With fourteen striking towers, it occupies 10 acres. When I asked the sales representative about the status of the construction, she replied that work is still in progress and that Majestique Evolvus possession date is December 2028. She shared the brochure to me. A meditation area, a badminton court, a music room, a gym, a swimming pool, and other amenities are also available in this project.
