Hello, according to my knowledge, if you’re a provisional member of the housing society, you have applied for the membership but the confirmation is yet to come. So, in such a case, I don’t think you’re eligible yet to contest in the managing elections. After you gain the membership, you’ll be able to contest in the future society elections.
