Hi, I recently did the KHB online application. You too, can do so with the help of the Karnataka Housing Board website. I have shared the link to the website, and the steps for the application process below. You can follow them and apply easily through the online medium. You will have to pay a registration fee for the application, which depends on your property type.
How to Apply Karnataka Housing Board?
Currently, you can apply for the Karnataka Housing Board for the following projects.
You will be able to view the five projects that I mentioned above.
Click on your project name.
You will be able to view the application form on the next page.
There, select your property category and fill in details, such as the applicant’s name, gender, I.T. PAN, annual income, Aadhar No, etc.
In the next section of the application, you will be asked for your bank details, such as the name of the bank, IFSC code, branch name and account number.
You will be asked to submit some documents, such as your photo and the affidavit declaration for non-allotment.
In the last section, you will see the amount to be paid.
Below the application, click on ‘Register’.
You will have to pay the amount, and your application will be registered.
