What is The Maximum Age Limit for Home Loan in SBI?
My friend told me that the age limit for an SBI home loan is 18 - 70 years. He then asked me about the age of my uncle, and I told him that his age was 54 years. My friend said my uncle could avail the home loan, and here are the documents that he needed to submit.
Documents For SBI Home Loan
Identity Card Of Employer
Duly filled out loan application form.
PAN, Passport, Driver’s License, and Voter ID card for Identity proof. (Any one)
A copy of the Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Water bill, or Aadhaar card for Address proof.
Permission for construction.
Allotment letter or sale agreement
Occupancy certificate
Copy of approved plan and Registered Development Agreement of the builder, Conveyance Deed (For New Property)
Bank account statement showing payments to the builder.
Since my uncle is a salaried person, my friend said that my uncle has to provide the below documents as well.
