Hey,
The process of DC conversion of land in Karnataka is pretty simple. Check it out:
Visit the Revenue Department portal
Tap on Citizen Portal
Now, create an account under Citizen Portal and apply for conversion under Affidavit Based Conversion
Fill and submit the application along with documents like an affidavit on Rs. 200 stamp paper, mutation certificate copy, Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops (RTC), and a 11E sketch copy (if there are multiple landowners)
After that, the Urban Development Authority will verify the land details with the master plan.
You will have to pay the required fee for conversion and the District Commissioner will approve the land conversion certificate that you can download and notarize.
The concerned department will get the notarized application to give their opinion. If they don’t give their opinion within 30 days, it’ll be assumed that the concerned departments have no objection and the application will be processed for land conversion.
Before issuing the conversion certificate, the concerned department will inspect the land.
You will be issued the conversion certificate within 60 days.
