Hi there, To transfer the MHADA property you will need:  
  • A certificate with no dues acquired from society
  • The MHADA’s original allotment letter in the owner’s name
  • A copy of the letter in which the owner requests the transfer of the certificate that the society may have granted to the owner
  • Check the electric metre’s pass balance
