I am writing this Ramky One Karnival review with utter disappointment. When I called the project manager to ask about the Ramky One Karnival, the arrogance of these sales managers was evident in the way they spoke. He began bragging and equating Ramky with Prestige instead of answering my question in detail! Additionally, one needs to be extreme caution before buying an apartment in this project because, from what I've heard, the builder has a poor reputation. With regard to Ramky One North, there are numerous unresolved legal matters. Hey Friend,I visited the Ramky One Karnival project a few months back. I was so happy and impressed with the project’s location. I work in Wipro which is only 6 Km from the project. Apart from this, I would like to cite a few locational advantages of this project that intrigued me to book an apartment;
Excellent access to all major areas, including Sarjapur, ITPL, and ORR, are just a few geographic benefits.
Within 3 to 8 kilometres are the best schools, such as Vibgyor High, Sri Chaitnya, DPS, Edify, Treamis, Ebenezer, Brainy Stars, Brookefield High, etc.
The best hotels, such as The Oterra, Golden Tulip, Radha Regent, Lemon Tree, and Ibis, are within 2-3 kilometres of each other.
Within a radius of 6 kilometres are Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Genpact, Bosch, Siemens, Convergys, Biocon, Tech Mahindra, HCL, HP, Fidelity, and other significant IT centres.

Hello, I would like to share my opinion about the Ramky One Karnival Electronic City. Spread across over 7 acres, the project has multiple options, including the 1.5,2,2.5,3 BHK homes. Amenities were something that gained my attention, as the society is offering a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, aerobics room, and Vastu compliance-like facilities. The Ramky One Karnival completion date is estimated to be December 2025, which is a bit early for us. However, this is a good deal amongst all the projects we’ve visited thus far. I am here to share my Ramky One Karnival reviews with you. Located in Electronic City, it would save us a lot of travelling time as my office is roughly 3 km away, while my wife’s clinic is within 10 minutes of drive. The project has been registered under RERA, and the Ramky One Karnival RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/200226/003306. We also feel that the price point fits our budget, as well. The 2 BHK can be booked at a starting price of Rs. 73 lakhs, while the 3 BHK is being offered at Rs. 89 lakhs onwards. The Ramky One Karnival construction status is that the project is close to completion. There is one more project, Sipani Viveza, which is our second option, as it has some really good offerings, too.
