Vasant Kunj is one of the affluent neighbourhoods located in Indian state of Delhi. It is one of the posh localities in New Delhi and is also very close to Gurgaon. It is a centrally located place close to Central Delhi and Gurgaon. Apart from that, the transportation facility is also good.
Hence, you will get a good price for your property. I am not sure about the exact rates, but when I checked for it a few months ago, it was 14K/sq ft for a DDA flat in Vasant Kunj.
