Most of the time, banks hire a third party for such types of services (leasing out banks/atms). The banks provide the third party with the data which includes the requirement. Depending on this, the third party searches for a suitable place and contacts the owner. Once this is done, the landlord sends the pictures, layout size, dimension of that property and sends it to the bank concerning the department. Later, a person from the authorized department checks and verifies the property and the premises. Speaking about the rent, it is discussed by either the bank or the 3rd party according to their contract. This is generally the procedure. If you still want to know if you can let out your property for rent to a bank, I would suggest that you call or drop an email to the banks near your property. They usually reply to such queries.
