How much heavy deposit can a landlord charge? Normal house rent is around 26k for 1 BHK and landlord is charging 30 lacs with no rent and maintenance charges and no annual hike and entire amount will be returned in 24 months. Is this ok or too high? Or what should be ideal hard deposit?
