HM Royal is located in Kondhwa and is one of the luxury segments. The locality in which this project is set up is up class. Kondhwa itself is a posh and expensive area in Pune. Due to the near proximity of Southern Command and localities like Bibwewadi, Mohammed Wadi, Undri and Wanowrie, Kondhwa has been a prominent option for property buyers and investors. In addition to this, there are many students who look for renting an apartment or a place in Kondhwa due to the presence of VIIT College.
