Jigani - Both Bannerghatta Road (7km) and Electronic City (10 km) are close to Jigani. It is easy to reach companies like HCL, Kirloskar Toyota Textile, BIOCON and CIPLA and nearby areas. The property rates in Jigani is around Rs. 4000 to 4500/sq ft.
Abbigere - Apart from being an industrial hub, Abbigere has grown into a residential area in recent years. It has proximity to the airport (20 km), Yeshwantpur Railway Station (4 km) and other areas of Bangalore such as Jalahalli Cross, BEL Circle, and PB Road. Besides, it is only 10 km from Manyata Tech Park. The property rates here are Rs 3000-4000/sq ft.
Apart from these locations, you can also look at Seegehalli and Nallurhalli. These two locations are also quite popular these days.
