No matter how you look at it, Real Estate is going to be important in a country like India by just looking at the population we have. Yes, it is true that many homes are going vacant and there are a lot of unsold inventory. But with measures like RERA, Model Tenancy Act and the home loan interest rates decreasing, things are going to pick up fast. Many builders are offering great discounts and attractive offers, so I’m sure that things will get better and the Real estate market will see growth again.
