Bangalore real estate is booming. North Bangalore, East Bangalore are latest hotspots and have been so for a few years now. Hebbal, Yelahanka, Devanahalli are close to the Kempegowda international airport and could give a very good ROI in the years to come.
Coming towards East Bangalore, Sarjapur, Marathahalli have been saturated and the new hotspots are Varthur, Gunjur etc. These localities have good proximity to the tech parks on Outer Ring Road, Whitefield and even Electronic City. Property rates have shot up in the last 4-5 years and are seeing an upward trend.
Apart from these, area like Attibele, Anekal on Hosur Road which are beyond Electronic City and seeing a good influx of properties by reputed builders and could see some growth in the years to come.
