NoBroker They provide a personal relationship manager who looks out for properties and also negotiates the rent. You don’t need to pay brokerage either. You need to take a subscription to avail of their premium services.
Makaan I feel their customer assistance is quite nice and helpful. They even allow you to contact the property landlord instantly. The app is pretty difficult to work with and makes the user experience bad. Also, there aren’t many properties with pictures, so you don’t know the reality of the listing.
Housing They have a good Whatsapp integration system to connect with the landlord and the app is quite easy to use. However, you need to pay to view the owner's properties, and the package rates are also high.
I finally finished my flat hunt through NoBroker after checking out multiple apps. Although they have subscription packages for premium services, I feel they work well, and the money you spend is worth it for a good place to live in.
