I love this Ambar by Arihant project. It has been almost a year since I am living here and I will say that the amenities and services are far better than other projects I checked out in this location. Here is the list of facilities I enjoy here
Ambar by Arihant is providing 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments and the project is RERA-approved (ID-UPRERAPRJ4569) as well. My husband is very much interested in this project and I too loved it. If you are planning to have an apartment here, let me share some of its specifications so that you can know everything about it-
Acrylic emulsion paint has been used for the walls
For flooring they have used vitrified tiles
You will get well-designed modular kitchen
In the bathroom they have installed geyser, shower panel and branded fittings
The society in Ambar by Arihant is simply not for polished people. The dwellers here are very rude and even the security guards are not cooperative here. I visited one of my friends living here and got into a verbal fight with a few people over my car parking. My friend also shared an Ambar by Arihant review and here are some negative aspects of this project
