I am writing this Vilas Javdekar Kharadi review, as I accompanied my father to this project a few months back. This offers 2, and 3 BHK premium residences. This project is approved by Maharashtra RERA, and the project RERA Number is P52100026213. We got to know that the project is yet to be completed and the expected Vilas Javdekar Kharadi possession date is by December 2025. I was planning to buy an apartment for my parents. Some of the amenities that I really liked about this development are as follows;

Hi,My friend visited Yashwin Orizzonte Kharadi. However, he had a bitter experience and was so disappointed with the sales team. He informed me that the sales team was quite unprofessional. They were forcing him to pay the token money on the very first visit. This is unacceptable. It will be better for them if they change their strategy in this regard.
