I recently visited Sukhwani Fairview. It is located next to Shree Mataji Provision Store, Thergaon, Pune, Maharashtra. The top schools and IT centers are available at this location, which links the entire city.
Bus stops at Chafekar Chowk, Dange Chowk, and Laxman Nagar may be reached in 9 to 12 minutes.
Talera Hospital, Sadhana Chambers, and Health Care Medico are all within 4 to 9 minutes.
Some of the best schools in the neighbourhood are 7 to 9 minutes away, including Smart Kids, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Primary School, and Pimpri Nursing School.
Inox: Elpro City Square is 2.6 kilometers distant.
The Gajanan Complex, Pooja Designer, and Sai Paradise retail complexes are all within a 7 to 10 minutes drive.
According to me, the Sukhwani Fairview Thergaon price for a 2 BHK flat of 647 sq ft is very reasonable. If you have visited this project, do share your thought.

This is an under construction project.
The Sukhwani Fairview Thergaon flat price ranges from Rs 67.57 Lakhs to Rs 83.38 Lakhs.
The entrance lobby is attractively constructed and has air conditioning throughout.
There are two regular lifts and one stretcher lift in total. Power generators are used to support each of these lifts.
The residents have access to the ATM and the shopping complex in case of an unforeseen situation.
