My Goyal Bloomsberry reviews say this is a beautiful society. The cost of maintaining it is also highly affordable. I think the price is reasonable for a property with three bedrooms. You may locate healthcare facilities, schools, universities, and retail stores right in front of this society. The Goyal Bloomsberry location is close to Apollo Medical Centre, Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Specialities Centre, V-AYUSH Healthcare, and Sankara Eye Hospital, making urgent medical attention very convenient to reach at any time.  The Goyal Bloomsberry completion date that I received is December 2027. For your reference, I've included the price list for two and three bedrooms from the brochure I was given:

I read a few of Goyal Bloomsberry reviews and thought this project were reasonable. But I'm not going to buy it because I believe the price was too expensive. The cost of the units begins at Rs. 1.16 crore. Additionally, I had a lot of additional issues when I visited the site. If you see the Goyal Bloomsbury location, you can find it very overpriced. The area is also not excellent. Poor road connectivity is prevalent. Usually, it takes 1 to 2 hours to travel the 3 to 4 KM to ORR. Before purchasing this house, I would advise you to experience the morning and evening traffic twice.

One of the most prestigious communities in Varthur, Bangalore, in my opinion, is Goyal Bloomsberry, which is situated in Balagere Village. Although it is still under development, I must assure you that the apartments will include top-notch infrastructure and superior materials. It has all contemporary conveniences, such as elegantly landscaped gardens, a sparkling swimming pool, squash courts for the competitive athlete, spacious banquet halls for organising big events, etc. In this project, I've already booked a three-bedroom flat. It has good access to Sarjapur Road, the Outer Ring Road, Baiyappanahalli Metro Station, and KR Puram Railway Station. I was given a Goyal Bloomsberry possession date of December 2027. Hi Laabha, I would like to share my Orchid Bloomsberry reviews based on the recent visit we made to the project. The builder is quite experienced, which drew us to consider this project, as we’ve been in search of a house in Varthur. Talking about the plus point, I found the location to be good as the connectivity here is great compared to the other projects we visited. The Baiyappanahalli metro station and the KR Puram railway station aren’t that far. The biggest thing is that my office is also nearby. So, it would save a lot of time. The Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry Panathur unit size has; 
  • 2 BHK with a carpet area between 1194 and 1199 sq. ft.
  • 2.5 BHK with a carpet area of 1366 sq. ft
  • 3 BHK with a carpet area between 1555 and 1592 sq. ft.

I heard about this project through my brother-in-law a month ago. I gained more information about the project because we have been looking to buy a house in Bangalore. The area where the project is located is quite good, with all-round development.  The Goyal orchid Bloomsberry Panathur unit configuration includes 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK houses and we are looking to buy a 2.5 BHK house. However, I feel that the price is a bit too high for the house.

2 BHK Starts at Rs. 1. 16 crores
2.5BHK Starts at Rs. 1.44 crores
3 BHK Starts at Rs. 1.64 crores
Although the area of the house is quite large, we aren’t looking to invest so much for a house. So, we are considering other options despite the advantages offered here. My friends had already shared some of the positive Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry reviews, so last month I checked it out. It is truly an amazing project. You can get:
  • 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK here
  • There will be 4 buildings with 417 units
  • The project is huge. It is spread across 5.00 acres
  • You can enjoy several eco-friendly facilities here like solar lighting, rainwater harvesting, water recycling and others
I love the Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry location the most. It is near Harikrishna Fuel Station, Balagere Village, Varthur. Some of the prominent places near this project are the:
  • Nallur Halli Railway station
  • Svastha Hospital
  • V-AYUSH Healthcare
In short, it enjoys great connectivity and transportation will not be an issue here. I wanted a 1 BHK so I primarily went to know the Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry 1 BHK price here but unfortunately, they do not have 1 BHKs. for 2 and 3 BHKs, you should consider investing here. The Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry possession date is set for 2028. It is quite late and since I was looking for a 2 BHK, I checked out another project in its proximity, which is the Myhna Maple. This project has
  • Affordable 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs 68 lakhs onwards
  • This is ready to move into the project, constructed in 2021
  • The project is spread across 5.50 acres
  • It is just 6 years old and only a few apartments are left now
It is located close to the Varthuru Police Station, just 800 mts and is a good choice to invest in.

The Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry price list is way too much. The 2 BHK starts here at Rs 1.05 crore, and I believe it is a huge amount they are charging. Here is the price list I know of:

 Also, a sewage treatment area is just behind this project, which makes the overall environment all the more unhygienic. I would therefore suggest you think carefully before investing your money here.
