What are the Agarwal Packers and Movers Delhi Reviews?

My experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML) in Delhi in June 2023 was traumatic. They have unprofessional managers who are not responsive to any issues. Despite charging exorbitant costs, the quality of their service was very poor, resulting in damaged and mishandled belongings. Everything about this company is terrible, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.

In contrast,

offer better value with transparent pricing and reliable, professional service. They ensure your belongings are handled with care, making the moving process smooth and stress-free. So if you want to get your goods transported at a better price, go with NoBroker. 

I am writing this review with a lot of frustration. I chose Agarwal Packers Delhi for moving my goods from a 1 BHK apartment just 18 km away, but it was a terrible experience. Here are the problems I faced:

• The movers were unprofessional and seemed to be local labourers. They including the supervisor acted rudely and did not pay any attention to our concerns 

• They used small porter vehicles instead of a proper moving truck and handled our expensive furniture carelessly. 

• They didn't do a proper inventory, and my furniture was damaged, which they blamed on us. 

When I called customer service, the entire team was rude and threatened me that they would register a complaint against me (not sure for what reason). Highly disappointed.

I had heard several Agarwal Packers and Movers Delhi reviews. Hence, I decided to opt for them to transport our goods from Delhi to Bangalore last year and was highly disappointed. Here are the problems I faced:

• They came late, as a result of which the entire process got delayed. We received our goods three days later than what was promised

• Their packaging methods and materials were not good, as a result of which our wardrobe, coffee table and almirah got severely damaged

• I tried to reach out to customer service but all in vain. No one was there to pick up the calls

I will rate them 1/ 5. Please do not opt for them.
