How to Open NRI Account in Dubai?

Hello! We have been living in Dubai for a while now. I recently opened an NRI account in HDFC Bank. So, let me help you with how can I open NRI account in Dubai. 

How to Open a NRI Account from Dubai?

• Go to the

  NRI Account Application Form page on the HDFC Bank website

  .

• Fill in your name, email address, current country, mobile number, and alternative mobile number and select whether you are an existing HDFC customer or not.

• Fill in the captcha and click on the submit button.

Once you have completed the application, you will be able to get to the next steps in the process. You will either be contacted by the bank or directed to the website. 

You also need to submit a set of documents. These are as follows:

• NRI Account Opening FORM

  (A4) signed by all holders

• Latest passport size photograph of all holders

• KYC Documents

  : Copy of PAN card / Form 60 (in the absence of PAN) 

• A valid address proof  (Any one Address Proof - either overseas OR Indian)

• A valid ID proof (Valid Indian / Foreign Passport)

• Proof of NRI/PIO Status (Indian Passport holder - Valid Employment / Residence / Student / Dependent visa copy or work / Residence Permit copy. Foreign Passport holder - OCI-Overseas Citizen of India card/person of Indian Origin card)
