APY nominee change form
There is no online process to change the nominee in the Atal Pension Yojana as of now. However, you can make things a bit easier by downloading the Application for Modification/Addition of details in APY & Change of APY Service Provider (APY-SP) form. Here are the complete steps to change the nominee.
Read the instructions carefully and fill in all the details as per your requirements. Here, you wish to change the nominee, so fill in Section C of the form. Register all the details carefully in block letters only.
Visit the bank branch where you have the APY account.
Contact one of the bank’s officials.
Submit the filled form.
You must submit a few documents as well. You can ask for the details by contacting the bank.
Once the form is submitted successfully, the department will start processing your request. The required changes will be made accordingly.
