How to cover window glass for privacy?

I have beautiful glass windows in my bedroom but there is one constant problem. I don’t have the privacy I wish I had. My apartment is on the 5th floor of the 7 floors building and there is a tower with equal floors right in front of my building. You know city land constraints don’t allow much room for privacy. I was wondering how to cover window glass for privacy and shortlisted some ideas. I am sharing all of them with you here.

The first shortlisted option in my bucket is to install window blinds. I can access them easily and draw them whenever I feel that my privacy may be in jeopardy. 

Another convenient option is to hang long curtains. I am just a bit doubtful about their life and the fact that they will keep flying in the air if the fan is switched on.

My friend suggested that I should get one way privacy film installed in my window glass. It will help me in retaining my privacy and it will block UV sun rays as well.

One more suggestion was to replace the normal window with a frosted glass window. It will also help in protecting my privacy.
