What are Decorpot Interior Reviews?

We had a terrible experience with Decorpot. We didn't go through several Decorpot Interior reviews before choosing them and soon regretted it. Their catalogue is very limited, and they push you to pick from their list. They have no provision for customisation as well. We requested different colours and materials but were ignored. The HSR branch's materials are of very low quality and will get damaged soon. Their 3D offerings are unimpressive, and they use cheaper materials than promised. You can be better off with local vendors than these unreliable people.

We are incredibly disappointed with Decorpot's Designing and Procurement team. The execution quality is not at all up to the mark and the project progresses at a lagging pace. Despite their January 2023 completion target, they completed just 50% by March 2023. The issues I faced were:

• Faced numerous - from delays in electrical work to damaging utility area tiles and providing damaged furniture with no updates on replacements. 

• The CNC Jali, promised in three months, remains uninstalled. 

• Procurement delays and discrepancies between finalised designs and materials provided add to the frustration. My advice: steer clear of Decorpot for peace of mind.
