I rented a flat in Mayfair apartments in 2018. I was working in Bandra and wanted a shared accommodation, so my colleagues and I found this well-built and aesthetically pleasing apartment. I remember the first week of our time there. My roommate was unaware of the rules and he drove his car on the ground floor. The security came in and told him to remove his vehicle from there. We got to know that it was their policy that there should be zero Vehicular Movement on the ground floor to provide safety for children. If you have a family, I believe this apartment will ensure that your children are safe and get the best area to play. Apart from this, overall our experience was quite good. I would like to mention in my Mayfair apartment review, that the neighbours are friendly and really helpful.
If you are looking for an investment opportunity in Khar West, I would suggest you have a good look at this project. I talked to my builder friend and he said that Mayfair Apartment prices are going higher every year. Since it is a premium project located in Khar West, it has good connectivity throughout the city. The apartment is well connected by major roads such as Link Road, and Swami Vivekanand Road. You cannot expect to find a new flat here but you will have to check if there is any available on resale from the 90 units available there.
