You can go anywhere you want across the city as it has transport facilities like buses, cabs and rental bikes. Podar International School and Lexicon International schools are located near the project, various malls like Phoenix Marketcity, Inorbit Mall are also nearby. There are some best hotels nearby like Hyatt Regency and Novotel which offer high-class facilities and tasty food. Hey there,My friend rented a flat in Rohan Abhilasha Wagholi and she had a few things to say. Let me tell you what she shared with me. As far as location is concerned, it’s not bad. She has to travel for at least half the month so she looked for an apartment closer to the airport. She said it takes barely half an hour for her to reach the airport. Apart from this, the neighbourhood is good enough. There are shops nearby for convenience of daily needs. The only concern she had was with the water leakage. She said that this has been a constant problem with many flat owners and there have been promises from the builder’s end to fix it. Apparently, it has not been fulfilled yet. I would say if you are planning to live here, just visit there once and talk to actual people living there apart from talking to the sales people.
Although my Rohan Abhilasha reviews are mostly positive, I have a few concerns to talk about. On the positive, I think the architecture and building of the flats is amazing. I love the aesthetics and I feel it has a modern touch, just what I was going for. But there are two things, some buildings don’t get proper sunlight during winters. Other things is that the buildings are too close to each other, I can literally see what’s happening in the other person’s house if their balcony door is open. If these things would have been taken care of, it would have been just perfect. Oh and yes, I am a huge fan of the swimming pool. It’s always clean and I can go for a relaxing swim right in the morning without any hesitation.
My friend recommended me to check out Rohan Abhilasha address when I told him I was looking for a flat for my parents in Wagholi. My office is in Wagholi and I needed a flat in this area itself. Also, my parents need regular checkups for diabetes so it was important that hospitals were nearby. Fortunately, there are many medical facilities including Lifeline Hospital, Imax Multispeciality Hospital, and Pulse Speciality Hospital. All of them are within a 15-30 minutes drive.
The Rohan Abhilasha is an excellent project developed by the Rohan group. This project is located on 30 acres, comprising 2000 homes, 6 blocks, G + 13 Floors. It offers 1, 2, & 3 BHK apartments.I was thinking of investing here as the Rohan Abhilasha location is developing rapidly.

15 km from the Pune railway station
The nearby IT hubs are EON IT Park, and Magarpatta City
There are nearby hospitals as well such as Kolte Hospital within 0.2 km and Deokar Hospital within 11.2 km
When I visited this project I was amazed by the myriad range of Rohan Abhilasha amenities. Let me share the ones that stood out for me;
The presence of a daycare centre ( I am already planning to enrol my child there)

Sanitisation facilities for drivers and servants
A convenience shopping store
Car wash area
Wet garbage treatment plant
Apart from the amenities, I also liked the way this project is being constructed; the 1:1 ratio of the height of buildings to the distance between buildings gives a spacious feeling, the narrow gaps between buildings create wind tunnels. Also, vehicular traffic is kept to the periphery so that there is no intersection with pedestrian movement. The Rohan Abhilasha price ranges between Rs. 34.0 Lakh - Rs. 95.0 Lakh.
