Yes! It is definitely a good decision to buy a flat in Pune as it is a hub for Education, IT and Manufacturing Industry. The price of a property is decided on the locality of the property. If you look for a property in areas like Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar and Deccan area, you will feel the properties are overpriced. However, it is not the case with the entire Pune (PMC and PCMC). Here are a few areas where you can buy a 2-3 BHK flat in Pune
Wakad - Ravet - Hinjewadi area
Wakad, Ravet and Hinjewadi areas are close to the Hinjewadi IT Park and have been a site for real estate investment. You can get a 2 BHK flat for around 50 L to 80 L in this area depending on the locality, facilities, distance from the IT Park as well as the city area.
