  • I logged in at the official website of Income Tax 
  • Navigated to the ‘My Account’ menu, selected ‘Service Request’, and then selected ‘New Request’ as the request type. After this, I selected ‘Intimation u/s 143(1)154/16(1)/35’ as the requested category and clicked on ‘Submit’.
  • Entered the following details:
  1. Return Type
  2. Assessment Year
  3. Category (Intimation u/s 143(1))
  4. Sub Category(if applicable) 
  • Clicked on the ‘Submit’ button
  • To View the status of the submitted form:
  1. Accessed the e-Filing portal by logging in at Income Tax 
  2. Navigated to the ‘My Account’ menu, selected ‘Service Request’, and chose ‘New Request’ as the request type. 
  3. Then, I selected ‘Intimation u/s 143(1)154/16(1)/35’ as the requested category and clicked on ‘Submit’.

  • Start by visiting the official website of the Income Tax Department of India
  • Log in to your account on the e-Filing portal.
  • Select the "My Account" section and look for the option related to "View e-Filed Returns/Forms."
  • Choose the assessment year for which you want to obtain the assessment order.
  • Download the ITR-V (Acknowledgment) for the selected assessment year.
