Hi there, My uncle wanted to rent out his property on rent. So I helped him out. While surfing on the internet I came across NoBroker. I asked a few details from my uncle about the property and signed up.  After signing up I clicked on the Post Your Property Ad option and added all the details here. Once the property was listed, I verified from another phone and checked if the property was appearing on the search. We are based out of Delhi and the property was in Kalkaji area. To check the status of the property I had put for rent, I searched for 2BHK in Kalkaji Delhi and saw that my property was there on the list.  Soon after, my uncle started receiving details of interested tenants on his email id (I had entered his email id). He simply contacted a few of them and finally a family agreed on the said rent. They moved in a couple of months back and things are going smooth. I have a word of advice for you. If you think you aren’t able to get good leads, here’s what you can do while listing your property on NoBroker:
  • Don’t forget to mention dimensions and area of the property
  • Update furnishing status of your property (semi-furnished, unfurnished or fully-furnished
  • Mention all the amenities and connectivity around the property
  • Specify the total number of bathrooms, balconies, terrace (if any), etc.
  • Mention the age of your property and your expected rent.
  • Most importantly, post property pictures tenants will ask for them and they usually make decisions based on them.
Hope this helps :)
