Speaking about the construction and quality at Balaji Symphony, it is pretty decent. There are no major complaints as such. Although, there is an issue of water supply as they don't have a CIDCO water connection. They have 24 x 7 borewell water system. Many people say that there is no good internet broadband option in the locality and the mobile network isn’t that great as well.
Currently the average property price at Balaji Symphony is 1261/sq ft, which is quite affordable. The area isn’t well-developed as of now. It would take some time for the area to develop and you can expect a better return on investment after 5 years or so.
Balaji Symphony is an exciting new project in Navi Mumbai. The current rates here are around Rs 1200-1300/sq ft. The infrastructure around this area is still underdeveloped and will need a little time to get all the facilities in the locality.
Speaking about the water supply, the builders have assured to provide CIDCO water connection, but it is still pending. The mobile network is fine for Jio and a few other network operators.
