It is spread across 36.00 acres of land. This is all I know about this project.I will rate this project 3.9/ 5 as of now in this

Shriram Lakeside Residences is giving fake possession dates for over a year now. My sister booked an apartment here and was told that the possession will start from 2021 onwards but it was all a lie. The worst was yet to come. She cancelled the booking and now is not getting the refund though assured of it previously. This is how you are planning to thrive well in the market? Poor sales team who does not even bother to answer calls. A BIG NO for this project. I will rate this project 1/ 5 in this Shriram Lakeside Residences review.

Shriram Lakeside Residences is in a mess. I was really interested in investing here, but my friend, who lives quite near this project, stopped me. Residents of this project are totally annoyed with the builder. It is RERA-approved but additional flat constructions are making the project congested, and the promise of giving fresh air, ventilation, and more are not been met. The roads are in poor condition, and waterlogging has been a problem here for the past two years. The residents have been complaining about it for a long time, but to no avail. Her Shriram Lakeside Residences review was not a good one, so I dropped my plan to have a home here.
