What are the DSR the Courtyard Reviews?

As soon as I learned about the DSR The Courtyard Stardom 2BHK price, I was like No, I cannot spend so much money. Their prices are way too much and start at Rs 1.08 crore. It is a great project but I do not think it is worth the price. You will get other apartments at cheaper prices. 

A lot of work is yet to be done and I believe it will take longer than 3 years, its completion date. It is better to wait another year before deciding whether to invest here or not.

I am looking for a 2 BHK with early possession and since the DSR The Courtyard Stardom possession date is set for 2027, I checked out another project in this locality,

. It also has 2 and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs 1.04 onwards.

I liked it more as it is

• Close to Reputed Institutes & IT Hubs

• Has a 20000 sqft Club House and 30+ Amenities

• You can enjoy excellent connectivity for ORR

So I suggest you check out both before investing in your dream apartment.

After hearing a few DSR The Courtyard Stardom reviews, I decided to check the project myself. It is located near Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy, Gunjur Village. We were looking for 1 BHK hence I decided to learn about the DSR The Courtyard Stardom 1BHK price but couldn’t. This project has only 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Here are some of its features that I liked:

• This project is spread across 2.75 acres and has 227 units

• The DSR The Courtyard Stardom price list is between Rs 1.08 crore to Rs 1.71 crore

• This project is RERA-approved as well

• The super built-up area of the apartments is between 1113 sq.ft - 1298 sq.ft

It is supposed to provide world-class amenities and based on its overall features I believe they will be able to cater to all needs of the buyers. I will rate this project 4/ 5 and would suggest you visit this project at least once. It is worth investing in.
