What Are The Reviews Of Sarita Serene, Gunjur, Bangalore?

After going through these Sarita Serene reviews, I visited the site. I am so happy with the Sarita Serene location. Some of its noteworthy locational advantages are as follows;

• Gunjur Bus Depot is only 7 mins 

• Bellandur Railway Station is 10 mins from this project

• Karmelaram Railway Station is 10 mins from this project

• Tech parks like 

1. Wipro Sarjapur is only 15 mins from this project

2. Prestige Tech Park only 20 mins 

3. Intel is only 20 mins from this project

I believe this will increase the overall ROI. I have booked an apartment here. Hope everything goes well.

A few months back, I visited this Sarita Serene project with my parents. We got to know that it was launched in February 2023, and the expected Sarita Serene completion date is by December 2025. The Sarita Serene price is as follows;

• 2 BHK starting from Rs. 74 Lakhs (992-1004 Sqft)

• 3 BHK starting from Rs. 89 Lakhs (1170-1272 Sqft)

We are planning to buy a 3 BHK unit here. However, I’d appreciate it if someone could provide me with the Sarita Serene construction status. Thanks in advance

I visited this project and It is an under construction project, and the expected Sarita Serene possession date is by Dec 2025.  This consists of 352 luxury units, 3 wings, and B+ G+ 4 floor apartments. Sarita Serene offers 2, and 3 BHK apartments. The 2 BHK configuration is, 

• 2 BHK – 944 Sqft

• 2 BHK – 992 Sqft

• 2 BHK – 1000 Sqft

• 2 BHK – 1004 Sqft

The 3 BHK apartment configuration is,

• 3 BHK – 1170 Sqft

• 3 BHK – 1180 Sqft

• 3 BHK – 1272 Sqft

• 3 BHK – 1290 Sqft

Overall the project is good, and I liked it so much that I am planning to book a 2 BHK here.
