How to apply Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Offline?Some people might find it difficult to apply online for PMAY, the government has given them an option to apply offline. Following are the steps on how to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana offline.
Locate the nearest Common Service Center in your area and visit it.
Ask the authorities for an application form for PM Awas Yojna. Alternatively, you can visit the authorized banks to get the application form. Some of the authorized banks are; PNB, SBI, Bank of Baroda, HDFC, Bank of India, Corporation Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Fill out the application form carefully and attach the required documents to your application form.
Pay the application fee of Rs. 25 (excluding GST).
The main documents required to be submitted along with the PMAY application form are:
Identification proof authorized by Government or India
Address proof
Income proof
Affidavit stating that you and your family members don’t own a pucca house made of brick and mortar.

The applicant is eligible if the annual income of the household is upto ₹ 18 lakh.
As the scheme is for first time home owners, the applicant or any member of its family must not be the owner of a pucca house in any part of the country.
The family of the applicant must not be the beneficiary of any other government assisted housing scheme.
The construction of the house must be completed within 36 months after the first installment of the loan amount is disbursed.
