The lottery for these housing units in Goregaon’s Pahadi area will be held in early 2023. The notification for the upcoming lottery dates is expected to be issued by MHADA in August 2022. The notification will include details like the MHADA lottery form date, area list, registration date, etc. MHADA 2022 Mumbai lottery that will offer housing units in the Pahadi area of Goregaon is divided into two plots namely A and B. Plot A will offer housing units to the EWS and the LIG scheme and plot B will provide housing units to MIG, LIG, and HIG. The MHADA project will be constructed in a phased manner and I want to tell you that the construction has been considerably impacted by the 2nd wave of the covid pandemic. According to the Housing and PWD minister Jitendra Ahwad, the MHADA 2022 lottery scheme consists of a total of 3015 houses.
