What are the Auro Sansa County Reviews?

I am writing this Auro Sansa County review to let everyone know about this project. First of all, this is a 4 BHK villa project with various amenities such as a Badminton court, Jogging track, etc. This project has quite a few key locations near it, such as 

• VMR Fashion Mall, 14 km away. 

• Meraj Complex, 10.2 km away

• Patancheru Bus Terminal, 10.6 km away

• Outer Ring Road (ORR), 8.6 km away

• Gowtham Techno High School, 6.3 km away

• Yashodara Hospital, 12.3 km away. 

Though the Auro Sansa county possesion date is around September 2027, I still bought a unit for them. I loved this property. 

Last month, I visited the Auro Sansa County location near Deccan Auto Limited, Inole, Patancheru, Hyderabad. During my visit, I learned that it is a 4 BHK villa project that offers amenities such as a Tennis court, Aerobics room, Swimming pool, etc. This project had everything that I wanted. 

Thus, I decided to book a unit with them, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to as the price quoted by them was out of my budget. But if you are someone who prefers villa projects, you should check this property. 

I visited the site and checked the Auro Sansa County price list. From the price list, I have learned that the Auro Sansa county 4 BHK price is Rs.2.66 Cr onwards. Following that, I asked if they were RERA-approved or not. The executive told me they were RERA-approved, and the Auro Sansa County number was P01100005179. 

Apart from that, I also learned about the amenities they are providing. To sum everything up, I loved the project and decided to purchase a unit for them.
