I am a bit concerned about the Kumar Palmsprings possession date. It is believed to be completed by 2025 but several of my friends say that the possession date is 2026. A lot of work is yet to be done so I believe it will take two more years. The project is good but the price is way too high compared to projects in its vicinity. Even the apartments are not that spacious. I believe there are other projects worth investing in and better than this one.

We had been looking for a 2 BHK for a long time and after hearing several Kumar Palmsprings reviews, we decided to visit the project. I must admit that it is a great project that you can invest in. Here are some of the major key points I would like to share with you:

• The Kumar Palmsprings 2bhk price starts from Rs 77 lakhs onwards which I believe is reasonable 

• The project area is huge. It is spread across 2.7 acres and will provide housing to 203 families

• The Kumar Palmsprings address is NIBM Road, Undri near Sanskriti School. It enjoys connectivity to Pune Bangalore Highway

I do not have many details about the Kumar Palmsprings price list for 3 BHK but can tell you that it starts from Rs 1.11 crore onwards.
