What is the Nahar Tower of Adyar Review Adyar Chennai?

My manager lives in a stunning 4 BHK apartment in Nahar Tower of Adyar with her husband and in-laws. I hence asked her for the floor plan of the project. This is what I got to know:

The apartments start from almost Rs. 3 Crores onwards and its RERA ID is TN/29/Building/0173/2017. There is a total number of 56 units. Here is the list of specifications that I absolutely loved about her apartment 

• The toilets have good quality ceramic tiles flooring

• For the bedrooms and living/dining places they have used vitrified tiled floors

• For the balconies and kitchens they have used ceramic tiles

Trust me the apartments are worth investing in and I hope this Nahar Tower of Adyar review already hints the same. 

Nahar Tower of Adyar has a variety of extraordinary amenities like

• Parks

• Waste Disposal

• Water Purifier

• Intercom

• Security / Fire Alarm

• Rain Water Harvesting

• Visitor Parking

• Open air cafe

• Indoor games

• Rooftop Party Lawn

• Amphitheatre and more

My friend lives here and has a 2year old kid. She is very happy with all these amenities, especially the water purifier. She gets fresh and pure drinking water and honestly it is the main reason why she chose this project. She rated the project 5/ 5 in her Nahar Tower of Adyar review and I feel it is very much justified.

I did not like Nahar Tower of Adyar as this project lacks the basic and important amenity, a swimming pool. I cannot understand why such a lavish project will not allot an area for a pool. The rooms are also not spacious enough compared to the price. 

I remember once I called the sales team back to ask whether they have any plans to add a pool or not and other things but in the middle of our conversation my call got disconnected. It happened thrice and I realised they deliberately do that. I am not going to visit the project ever and will rate this project 2/ 5 in this Nahar Tower of Adyar review.
