What is the Klassik Landmark Review Off Sarjapur road Bangalore?

I visited this project just two months ago, so let me share my Klassik Landmark review. This project will provide

• 3 and 4 BHK flats are only off Sarjapur road and those are really spacious and elegant

• This project will provide Bangalore’s first aerodynamically shaped homes 

• There will be two towers with 2B+G+14 and 236 total units

• You will enjoy 80% of open space with abundant greenery all around

• 450 families are reportedly living in phase 1 and phase 2 combined, and my sister, who is living in phase 2, has no complaints

I am all down for Klassik landmark phase 3. We have planned to soon buy a 3 BHK apartment here, and I highly recommend investing here.

My friend shared with me the Klassik Landmark address and suggested that I go and check it out personally since I am really interested in buying a 3 BHK. This project is in Junnasandra, Amrita Nagar, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, and is easily accessible. I had a detailed talk with the sales team and he explained that

• The 3 BHKs will have either east or west facing balconies

• One can have about 270 degree view 

• There are only 4 flats per floor, ensuring the families total privacy

• Extra security will be provided for ground floor residents as well so there is nothing to worry about

• The apartment will be about 1600 sq ft

I also remember him sharing some details about the 4 BHK apartments since they really wanted us to book a 4 BHK there, and those are-

• The apartments will have enough ventilation, which is why an aerodynamic structure is used here

• Bright, airy kitchens and utilities areas will be provided for all apartments

• The doors will be about 8 feet long and will enhance the luxury of the apartment

• The balconies will be spacious here and have beautiful scenic views

Firstly, the Klassik Landmark price is quite high. The apartments start at Rs 1.45 crore, which is quite a lot compared to other properties in the vicinity. I planned to rent a property here but learned there are several restrictions levied on tenants, one of which is that no deliveries are allowed to happen late at night. It is kind of a breach of rights, so I am no longer interested in investing here.

Also, I have heard that their maintenance charge is way too much and they do not execute their work properly as well, so yes, verify this aspect properly if you are really interested in having a home here.
