What is the Keya Life by the Lake Review Hebbal Bangalore?

Keya Life by the Lake is an astonishing project providing 4 BHK villas. The project is RERA approved and its ID is

PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/210119/003787. I checked out this project last year and let me tell you it is just 10 mins away from the Vibgyor school. My son studies in this school so I have been able to know its exact location. Let me share the list of other schools located near this project

• Vidhya Prakash School is located within 1.3km

• Shri Rama Vidyalaya High School is located within 1.4km

• The Oxford English school is about 1.5km from there

• Bg National Public School is 1.6km from there

You will get several hospitals near this project as well namely

• Sri Raksha Health Center is about 1.08km from there

• Dr Bhanu Skin Clinic is 1.5 km from there

• Ashwini Hospital is 1.8 km far

Other notable places I would like to mention are

• The Galleria Mall is 1.6km from here

• Garuda Mall is within 2.8km

• Masthi Arcade is 2.9km from here

• DMart is within 4km

• Manjari hotel is within 1 km

• Hoppers Stop is within 2.5km

I feel the price is quite low compared to 4 BHK villas in other parts of Bangalore. The location is also great so you can invest here. 

Before investing crores, you must check out the project yourself. I did not quite like the project and let me share the reasons in this Keya Life by the Lake review.

• The project is very close to a lake so you will get a foul smell 24*7

• The roads are very narrow 

• Cracks and seepage issues are very much evident in the apartments

• Security issues

I did not find this project worth crores hence will rate it 1.8/ 5.
