What is the Jains Pebble Brook Phase I Review Thoraipakkam Chennai?

My friend recently shared with me her Jains Pebble Brook Phase I review and she seemed extremely happy living there. The project has about 620 apartments ranging from 531 sq ft to 1550 sq ft. It enjoys a great location and let me tell you why

• The Nilgiris - 700 M

• Anjappar – 600 M

• Hotel Sangeetha – 2KM

• Apollo Hospital – 4KM

• Hindustan International School – 3KM

• Thangavelu Engg College – 1.5KM

• Cognizant – 700M

She works in Cognizant so it is extremely beneficial for her to live there. Overall I also believe that you can get almost everything near it so the apartments are worth investing in.

I checked out the Jains Pebble Brook Phase I and it seemed pretty good to me. I have noted down the floor plan so let me just share it with you all here

The starting price set for these apartments is Rs 65 lakhs onwards. A lot of apartments are yet available so if you are really interested in these apartments, book yours soon.  I will rate the project 3.5/ 5 in my Jains Pebble Brook Phase I review.

My friend had booked an apartment in  Jains Pebble Brook Phase I and even after 8 months she did not get possession instead of being told that the construction is all complete. They pursued her to book an apartment here and clearly stated that a refund will be given upon cancellation but it was all a lie. She had to cancel it later but did not get the refund. She is still trying to contact them but isn’t getting any fruitful results. I guess she will seek legal advice now. 

Apart from it for 1 BHK the starting price of Rs 65 lakhs seems quite high to me. The apartments are not at all luxurious enough to demand such an amount hence it's foolish to spend so much money here. This is all I can say in this Jains Pebble Brook Phase I review and will rate it nothing more than 1/ 5.
