What is the GRC Subiksha Review Choodasandra Bengaluru?

I checked out the GRC Subiksha project five months back and learned that their apartments come with a variety of sizes. Here is the floor plan-

The apartments are quite spacious and since they come in a variety of shapes and prices, you can invest here. This is all I can in this GRC Subiksha review.

• Railway Level Crossing- 24 mins

• Carmelaram- 20 mins

• Springleaf Hospital- 19 mins

• Ayur Central- 15 mins

• Harvest International School- 16 mins

• Orchids The International School, Sarjapur Road- 15 mins

• Delhi Public School, Bangalore East- 29 mins

• 7D Voyage- 20 mins

• Sri Venkateshwara Theatre- 18 mins

Overall I must say you will get almost everything near this project so you can invest in here.

I shall not recommend GRC Subiksha to anyone. My uncle moved into an apartment here a few months back and witnessed that the apartments are not well-built. They have used poor construction materials as a result of which they witness water leakages through the walls quite often. On that, they will ask you to change the room anytime and charge you for some unnecessary things like for

• Khata transfer 

• Meter transfer

And if you ask them for plumbing or electrical services, they will charge you 10 times more than the market value. This is all I can say in this GRC Subiksha review.
