I will rate this project 4.1/ 5 in this Goyal Orchid Piccadilly review. You can check it out yourself once and then decide whether to invest here or not.

Goyal Orchid is in a prime location. My son studies in the Federal Public School which is not even 1 km from the project so we are planning to have a 2 BHK here. Other places located near this project are-

• Sofia School is also within 1 km

• Gomathy Global school is within 1.3 km

• Little Scientist School is within 2 km

• Mintu Hospital is within 1 km

• Trinity Nursing Home is also within 1 km

• Regal Hospital is also within 1 km

• Manjari Hotel is within 3 km

• Hoppers Stop is within 3.8 km

• Elements Mall is within 4.6 km

• Garuda Mall is also within 5.2km

• Bellary Road is 5 km from the project

This is all I have to say in this Goyal Orchid Piccadilly review but shall share another review soon once we book an apartment here.

I checked out a few flats in this project and found some defects like

• There are seepage issues

• Cracks are quite evident in the apartments

• Construction quality is also not that good

• Project possession dates get postponed quite often

• The apartments are not very spacious, especially the balconies
