, and others. There is nothing wrong if I say that the Sumadhura Folium Ph 2 project offers opulent 3, 4, and 4+ apartments starting at Rs 2.07 Crores. I am planning to wait until December 2025, when it will be ready for occupancy, before choosing a flat for my younger sister between this development and ELV High Garden. However, I am gathering as much information as I can, that will help me to come to a final decision. Moreover, I will undoubtedly share my Sumadhura Folium Phase 2 reviews later here.

Previously, I thought the Sumadhura Folium Phase 2 price was a little high. However, I can tell you all up front that the money is nothing in comparison to the surroundings and amenities they are offering after personally viewing the property. The project feels more like a palace. Even at night, the Sumadhura Folium site is safe and humming. It is one of Bangalore's best-connected neighbourhoods. In addition, the overall infrastructure here is excellent. I will give the Sumadhura Folium Ph 2 a full rating from my perspective.

You can reach Vasan Eye Care Hospital in Whitefield within 3 minutes, Motherhood Hospital in Whitefield, and Manipal Hospital on Varthur Road in 8 minutes.
